Chi flow us one way to look at the phenomenon of blockages in parts affecting the overall. Another way to look at it is the interdependence of muscles – holding and tension in one area will affect another area – sometimes seemingly unrelated areas. Try relaxing the face, cheeks, jaw etc can help a standing on one leg posture.
